Digital Subscription Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle if canceled.

Cliq5 is a digital business card and smart networking platform. Our services include digital subscriptions and optional physical NFC card products. By purchasing any service from Cliq5, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Subscription Services

Monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable once the service is activated. If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are one-time payments and are non-refundable after activation, except in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical error.

NFC Physical Products

For physical NFC cards, returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is defective. Personalized or custom-printed cards are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination of service. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before escalating payment disputes.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Service Activation

Access to digital services is considered activated once the account is upgraded or features become available to the user.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for past payments.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, users may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.

Pricing Changes

Cliq5 reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active billing cycles but may apply to future renewals.

Account Misuse

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of terms may be suspended without eligibility for refund.

Payment Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cliq5 to charge your selected payment method according to the chosen billing plan.

Force Majeure

Cliq5 shall not be held responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
